Cecilia Kwong, MD

Cecilia Kwong, MD, is a board-eligible psychiatrist practicing at Breakthru Psychiatric Solutions, which has locations in Sandy Springs and Alpharetta, Georgia. Dr. Kwong earned her medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, where she also completed her psychiatry residency, serving as clinical chief resident. Her career has been marked by active involvement in research on neuroscience, mental health, and healthcare disparities. She furthered her expertise with psychoanalytic training at the Emory University Psychoanalytic Institute and continues to contribute as an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Morehouse, focusing on psychotherapy.
